Moving from management to a director-level position requires executive presence, leveraging one’s ability to influence others and motivate teams. My work with Bob focused on that goal, using various assessments like Tilt, as well as practical exercises.
While I was skeptical of assessments at first, it was very helpful to define my natural leadership style. Bob reinforced that passion at work is a differentiator; you can channel those emotions to be an effective leader in a way that inspires teams. Bob blended the most important aspects of the assessments (like Tilt) and made them practical. Rather than academic exercises, I was able to apply those concepts in my day-to-day. Through our work together I have the foundation of advocating for my point of view that’s inclusive and more effective. Overall, it was a powerful process.
