Bob and I focused primarily on executive presence: leading when you need to lead, grounding others around a goal, and knowing when to follow. Bob brings a lot of value in that he provides a hands-on approach to making small changes that have a big impact. Helping me link the mental and physical, he demonstrated how to use your body to approach stressful situations. I particularly appreciated that our sessions were conducted outdoors. As a result, I feel more levelheaded, in control, and more purposeful in my work.
