“Employees commented that it was one of the best presentations they have attended. Bob has a personal connection with the topic. You can tell that he really believes in and practices what he preaches. He uses a unique approach that truly reinforces wellness. Bob is very believable and engaging because of that personal connection.

Katie Jay
MFA, Certified Yoga Instructor

Katie was introduced to yoga twenty years ago as a young actress. Years later, after earning her MFA in acting from Case Western Reserve University, Katie moved to New York City to pursue a career in the theater. It was there that she developed a committed yoga practice that inspired her to become a teacher. She was personally trained and certified by Cyndi Lee, founder and director of the prestigious OM Yoga Center in New York City.
During her time in New York, Katie became known for her direct, yet playful and relaxed style of teaching. Her distinct approach began to attract many students who were new to yoga or from corporate backgrounds. Her ability to communicate in a straightforward, yet easy manner appealed to those who might otherwise have felt uncomfortable “oming” in a room full of strangers.
Katie has since relocated back home to the Bay Area where she works privately with individuals and groups whose high-level corporate jobs demanded that they be at their best in stressful situations. Her understanding and appreciation for the pressures inherent in this work environment enables her to connect and work effectively with these. Katie is also a member of the teaching staff with the prestigious YogaStudio in Larkspur, California.
In her personal practice and her teaching, Katie is inspired by and dedicated to the process of waking up to the experience of life. She is a valued member of the Resolve Today consulting team helping us bring yoga into the corporate world.
