POP™ is a thought provoking workshop that uncovers the belief systems that may get in the way of starting or sticking with a wellness initiative.

· Examine the body-mindconnection; why body perspectives are so hard to shift and why stressing yourself "fit" won’t work in the long run
· Identify limiting beliefs that keep you stuck and prevent you from total wellness
· Investigate thevalidity of the beliefs, particularly those related to body image, "fitpeople" and injury
· Practice a simple tool to help uncover participants' own limiting beliefs and which can shift negative perspectives, decrease stress and emotional reactivity.
· Find personal integrity and self-satisfaction
